Due to our versatility we really have hosted every event imaginable at Lyde Arundel, from a fantastic rock concert in the Great Hall to flower festivals throughout the whole space to a barn dance with a ceilidh band in the Haywain. It’s a fantastic place to have birthday parties and special anniversaries and offers the space needed for corporate events such as a new business launch, and the atmosphere wanted for medieval banquets!

 

The Haywain can seat 100 and the Great Hall 200 people and in terms of capacity for non-seated events you can double those numbers. Just remember flexibility is our strongest asset, so do arrange a meeting to talk through your requirements.

 

We have a charitable allowance and it works on a first come first serve basis – once this has been used up we offer a reduced rate for charity events which we apply at our discretion. Over the years we have held events for many different charities and are especially keen to help local ones, such as St. Michaels Hospice and The Little Princess Trust.
