Breakdown of packages and their costs
We have several different price brackets and options, please refer to the floor plan to help clarify these.
You and your guests can arrive at Lyde Arundel at any time you wish – however from experience we would recommend that you get married from 1pm onwards. You have exclusive use of the venue and can access it from the Thursday prior to your Saturday Wedding.
PLEASE NOTE: All prices given are for 2022 & 2023.
Hire charges for Wedding receptions – numbers given are for seated guests:
The Haywain Up to 100 Guests £5,000.00
The Haywain and Great Hall Up to 200 Guests in The Great Hall £6,000.00
Additional guests are welcome in the evening.
To get married at Lyde Arundel the price is £700.00. You can hold your civil ceremony in either of our beautiful barns or in the summerhouse in the gardens. Registrar costs are paid directly and are on top of our fee.
Evening Wedding Receptions
You and your guests are welcome to arrive at Lyde Arundel from 6.30pm onwards. You have exclusive use of the venue and can access it from the Friday prior to your Saturday Wedding day.

The Haywain and Great Hall £2,750.00
Prices given include:
Exclusive use of The Haywain and/or The Great Hall and all the usual facilities
Early access in the week to the venue
All the help and advice wanted in planning your wedding day
Use of the gardens, courtyards and lawns
Tables, of which we have three sizes of round tables, trestle tables and a beautiful oval table which can be used for the top table
A roaring log fire in the winter
As many meetings as needed with Karen and Lydia to organise the Wedding
Use of our fantastic list of contacts for bands, D.J.'s, florists, cakes, pig roasts etc... people & companies that we trust and have worked with countless times
Fully licensed premises, including a bar licence until 1am
Candles: church candles in all the alcoves and on the mantlepiece above the fireplace and t-lights on the tables
As many of our decorative items as you would like to use, for example: vases, bunting and fairy lights.
If dancing is to be held in the Great Hall we would advise hiring a dance floor. We can recommend various companies who have different styles to choose from.
If a bar is required in The Great Hall ONLY during the wedding breakfast then a set up fee is charged.
We can take card payments & Apple Pay.
Events & celebrations:
We are also happy to host special celebrations and other events from 30 guests and above. For these we like to arrange a bespoke quote.
